Refreshing Tofu Salad dish that kids can help make.

Materials

  • 2 blocks tofu, cubed,
  • 1 large can salmon, cut bite sized,
  • green onion, chopped fine,
  • 2 tomatoes, cubed,
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine,
  • 1/2 cup shoyu,
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil,
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil,
  • 1 tablespoon mirin

Tools

  • mixing bowl,
  • presentation platter
